When will my order ship?

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, A’Bella Kaye Showroom is an online-only boutique and does not offer local pickup.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, and discounted merchandise cannot be returned.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@abellakayeshowroom.com with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How do I know what size to order?

Will sold out items be restocked?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout.
